Loft conversion involving the erection of a mansard roof with rear
extension to form a third floor level to provide 2x 2bed self contained
flats with the replacement of two windows at roof level.
COMMENT: The Camberwell society objects to this proposed design which
includes changes to the front and side of the building at third floor
level. These proposed changes are geared towards maximising new internal
space at third floor level, but give little aesthetic consideration to
the roof level of this group of matching buildings.
