Conversion of existing single dwelling house to provide two self
contained flats, together with the erection of a ground floor single
storey side extension to the front elevation to create a new entrance
along with the erection of refuse/recycling store and cycle store in the
front amenity space.
This is a straight forward conversion with little external change to
create two adequately sized flats. The only alterations are single
storey to the side: extending the side utility room to the rear becomes
a bedroom in the conversion and forward to become a bathroom and
entrance porch but set well back from the main front façade.
