Rear dormer roof extension with a roof terrace; and 3 rooflights to
front roof slope to dwellinghouse
Comment: This extension into the roof space is sensible in scale and
design and we do not object to this part of the plans. The obscured
glass screen of the proposed rear roof terrace on the second floor level
might make it seem less intrusive to the neighbours, but the large
sheets of glass will be an eye sore and out of place on this building
