Erection of a two-storey rear extension with retail on ground floor with
access from Denmark Hill and gym use on first floor with access along
rear from Milkwell Yard and erection of bin storage and cycle storage
along the access from Milkwell Yard.
The application seems not to have been fully validated until recently
due to discrepancies between plans and elevations and there is, among
the case documents, a chain of emails on the subject.
We have previously commented – no further comment. We had said the
altered façade would be an improvement.
