Demolition of existing rear extension and replacement with new;
installation of external ramps to the front and rear of the property to
provide level access; installation of new double glazed windows; new
air-conditioning unit and a new permeable paved driveway
COMMENT: We do not have any objections to the plans in this application.
The lift in our view has been positioned in a good place within the
existing building. The planned rear extension works well within the
ground floor scheme, and although marginally bigger than the existing
extension, is sensible in design and size.
