Erection of 1 storey rear extension.
The planning application has been thoughtfully prepared and is
comprehensive.
The proposed renovation of a house currently rented out as 8 bedrooms to
a family property is a significant improvement to the street and the
proposed rear extension is a glazed conservatory using space which is
currently a rear basement area.
The Camberwell Society has no objections to the proposed plans
