“Although not in a Conservation Area, The Society objects to the
proposed development for its overbearing volume at roof level and
inappropriate scale at ground floor level. Also,the Society objects to
the application drawings as they stand for their clear lack of dimension
lines on all drawings, which makes the proposal very difficult to read
considering this is a re-submission. It feels the applicant has not
taken into account any of the previous planning comments.”
