Construction of a single storey front extension in wood timber (already
built)
This is a timber framed structure with corrugated plastic roof, of no
architectural merit.
We can see that it is a very useful add on to the café being opposite
the College of Art with all its added accommodation and future large
student numbers.
However, this structure does nothing for the appearance of the shop/café
and the parade of shops as a whole.
