This is to gain retrospective permission for further parts that the
developers have had to demolish, and so need to rebuild, whilst
executing the approval 15/AP/4767. There are pictures of the ongoing
works, and opened up site to the rear, whilst the Denmark Hill façade is
retained, shown in the Design and Access Statement.
