AKS — B1/B8 demolition to C3 — this is and industrial building being
knocked down and replaced with a Big Yellow Storage depot/warehouse.
That said, the frontage is carefully conceived in the streetscape,
although modern, to tie in with the buildings either side. Once in the
yard, set back, there is the corporate look yellow box. Whilst this may
be something we would not welcome, it is certainly better than the
present building.
The society has no objection.
