Conversion of the disused “warehouse” outbuilding located to the rear
of No 85 Southampton Way and adjacent to No 2 Cottage Green to one
dwelling house, involving: the construction of a three-storey extension;
incorporating an external terrace space at second floor level;
fenestration alterations to the front (northwest) and side (southwest)
elevations; and allotting some of the rear garden of No 85 Southampton
Way to the proposed dwelling/live work unit.
An imaginative use of geometry to create an eminently livable
three-storey house from a tiny disused warehouse space.
