This is to carry out a loft conversion to extend the first floor flat
into the roof space. In order to do this, they wish to raise the ridge
height as the roof height is too shallow, alternatively they must lower
the first floor ceilings compromising those main rooms. They cite a
property nearby that has raised the ridge slightly in carry out a loft
conversion, without seeking permission. I attach one of the drawings.
We should leave this to Southwark, who, from my experience, will refuse
the raising of the ridge height.
