Turning this four storey property of two maisonettes into four separate
flats — a flat per floor. The previous refusal was because the flats
were undersized. Three of the four flats now meet the required 50 M2 by
reconfiguring and removing chimney breasts etc. and the ground floor one
is simply a studio flat. No external changes.
This seems a sensible proposal, but propose that we do not comment and
leave this to Southwark to decide.
