existing unoriginal sunken courtyard (involving the part reinstatement
of original garden level) and provision of a swimming pool beneath part
of the rear garden. Insertion of dormer window, new roof lights and
refurbishment and restoration of front facade. Internal reconfiguration
and alterations between lower ground to third floor levels.
