Construction of a single storey extension to the rear with accessible
roof terrace enclosed by balustrade of obscured glazing that is 1.7m to
side.
This is an extension to what looks like a 1950’s semidetached house. I
see no issue with the rear extension but not sure why anyone needs a
rear roof terrace off a bedroom when they have a garden. The terrace is
set back and screened from the adjoining half semidetached house and the
North side is open to view the adjoining 46 Bushey Hill Road which is
centred with the site.
Personally not keen, but suggest we make no comment and leave it to
Southwark Planners.
